How to Get More Confidence: Part 1

Confidence is key. In life, in love, in money, confidence is key. If you have the right amount of confidence in yourself, you can do whatever you want.

Many people struggle with keeping a good amount of confidence. Here are a few tricks to help you get the confidence you need.

First of all, use music. Listen to your favorite song or a song that really pumps you
up and gets you in a good mood. Listen to it whenever you need a boost of confidence.

Realize that you are awesome. This sounds simple and dumb, but seriously, do it. Strut, don't walk down the street. The way you walk and carry yourself is a huge factor in how people perceive you.

If you act confident, people will think you are confident, even if you aren't. This is the first step. Even if you aren't confident act like you are.

In all of my years as a professional Nutrition Specialist, I've noticed that most people are shocked to hear some of my picks for the top fat burning foods that are best for weight loss and good health.

I won't bore you with all of the typical "healthy foods" that you hear about all of the time such as fruits and veggies... everybody knows those. Instead, I'm going to show you some shockers that most people don't realize are super healthy foods for fat loss.

1. Egg Yolks - yes, that's right... full fatty egg yolks with all of their fat and cholesterol. By the way, you've been mislead about the cholesterol in egg yolks -- it actually raises your GOOD cholesterol and helps balance proper ratios, so don't be afraid of the fat and cholesterol in these little nutrition power packed gems. And if you choose cage-free eggs from free roaming hens, the omega-3 content is higher with a more balanced fat profile.

Egg yolks are also one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet in terms of vitamins, minerals, and trace nutrients. Trying to list all of the vital nutrients in egg yolks would take up an entire page so I won't even try that here. Just realize that egg yolks should NOT be avoided in favor of egg whites. Even the protein is more bioavailable when you include the yolks!

So don't be afraid to eat those delicious and healthy eggs and start burning belly fat faster.

2. Avocados - This is yet another "fatty food" that is also one of the best fat burning foods! Not only that, but avocados make just about everything creamier and more delicious. They are also power-packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants, as well as vitamins and minerals. The healthy fat in avocados also helps control appetite and fat burning hormones in your body.

Try adding avocado slices or guacamole to everything from morning eggs, salads, sandwiches, and burgers, and starting burning body fat faster! I would definitely consider avocados one of the best healthy super foods.

3. Grass-fed beef - While most beef you see at the grocery store is grain fed beef from cattle that are in poor health and has lower nutrition values and omega-6 to omega-3 fat ratios that are far out of whack, there is a better option... and that is Grass-Fed Beef!

Grass-fed beef is known to have much higher levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lower omega-6 fats (which most people get too much of anyway). Grass-fed beef also contains higher levels of many vitamins and minerals, as well as containing high levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which is a healthy fat that is known to help muscle building and fat burning.

So don't be afraid to live it up a little and eat more beef, as long as you choose healthy grass-fed beef instead of grain fed beef. Enjoy and start burning more body fat with these so called "fatty" foods!

Losing weight, it is hard to do

Being healthy, like I have said before, is a very important part of living the life you want. Most people who want to be healthier want to lose weight. There are hundreds of thousands of different programs courses, etc. about how to lose weight.

It can be overwhelming with so many options. So, how do you know exactly what works and what doesn't? Well, a good rule of thumb is anything that sounds too good to be true, probably is. Anything that says you can lose weight without any effort is a scam, or any sort of pill that claims to work on its own.

A great place to find weight loss programs is online. The internet is a great place to find pretty much anything.

I looked around for a while and Strip That Fat is the best online program I could find. Of course, there are a lot more options both online and off to find a good workout program, but Strip That Fat is one that I really like.

Make some money to do what you love

Making money may not be the most important part of living the lifestyle you want, but it is a part. Money can provide the means to doing the activities you love, living where you want, driving what you want, and giving your family what they want and deserve.

You may already be satisfied with the money you are making, that is great. However, many people aren't satisfied. If you haven't gone to college you may think that you are out of luck. However, and bear with me here, making money online actually can happen. But you have to watch out for scams.

Don't immediately get mad because you think that all online money opportunities are scams, there are some real ones and people really do make millions of dollars a year. I'm going to help you try to spot the scams from the legitimate opportunities.

1. Always look for guarantees.
2. Read all of the fine print.
3. Research the product on the internet - This is touchy, because many people will put up a positive review of a product and then at the bottom will have a link for you to get the product and they will get paid when you buy the product through that link. If you find a product you want to get, visit imreportcard.com to do some research on it and see if it is legit.

If you take those steps you should avoid getting scammed. The best product I have seen online, especially for beginners, is Maverick Money Makers. There is a lot of many to be made online. Now I know you aren't stupid, yes that is a link where if you click on it and buy the course, I will get paid; however, unlike most people, I actually believe in that product and do believe that it is great.

So, go check it out, it is pretty reasonably priced, and it will help you avoid being scammed.

How to Get Your Ex Back

You should only get back with your ex if you truly believe that they are right for you. If they are, being with them again can make your life a lot better, maybe even complete.

First of all give them space. If you just keep talking to them and not leaving them alone, it will only push them away.

Getting your ex to return your calls is one of the biggest problems people have. First of all, do not plead. This is the worst thing you can do.

Here is a good trick. Think of something they did that you really appreciated. The call them and say something like: 'Hey, I wanted to let you know that I really appreciated what you did for me and I wanted to thank you in person" or something along those lines.

This will inspire curiosity and make them wonder what they did.

So take this little trick and put it to good use.

It is important to have a good strategy and plan like the one laid out here.

Making excuses

Stop making excuses. Often people will make excuses in order to get out of doing things they don't want to do. Have you ever tried to come up with reasons you shouldn't do something because you didn't want to do it?

You knew you should do it but you really didn't want to so you convince yourself that these reasons are legitimate. This is one of the biggest reasons people don't get stuff done.

There isn't really any technique to stop doing this. It's all on you. If you say you are going to do something or need to do something, then just do it. Stop making excuses and just get stuff done!

If you want to lead a better lifestyle, stop making excuses starting now.
